JFC Market Managements clients agree to the following:

1. A monthly retainer fee for services.
   

2. Travel expenses - either exclusively on behalf of client or shared among several clients for visits to the same markets and/or customers

3. Incentive or bonus program for achieving targeted results.

4. Equity participation
